Meditation with Jarek
You can meditate even if you have a busy mind full of all kinds of thoughts. Consider it this way, dreams can be full of dream thoughts but they don't prevent you from sleeping. Dreaming is a sleeping experience, thinking is a waking experience, and meditation is an 'awakening' experience. Thinking is a natural part of a lucid life and meditation is a positive expression of that life.

 

Meditation with Jarek offers an intuitive approach that supports the natural unfolding of your meditation experience. It can easily be incorporated into daily life. It's practical but not primarily technical. In other words you can apply it immediately without having to learn numerous techniques. Meditation with Jarek will also suit anyone interested in spiritual awakening. This is a non-denominational experiential approach, so you are not required to accept any system of beliefs. You are in complete control of your meditation experience at all times.

Simple yet powerful instructions are provided if required. You can sit on a chair or on the floor, but bring your own cushion. There are periods of guided meditation, silent meditation and some easy chanting or acoustic music.
